“I was pleasantly surprised at how good an independent company can be these days. I usually order from Amazon because they don’t argue if you need to return anything! However, on this occasion I couldn’t find the high quality I wanted. My order arrived in good time, the packaging was excellent so the goods were well protected and the item just perfect for my bathroom. I will be buying again soon. Thank you Woods Fine Linens!”

“Their products are excellent. Their customer service was extremely high and supportive in trying circumstances as our local "last mile" delivery service is not always good but they made extra efforts to get my package delivered to me and the packaging is the last piece of the jigsaw and is very pleasing. It reminds one of one of the best things of shopping in years gone by. Lovely presentation.”

As a small family business each and every customer is so important to us, and it pleases me greatly that one of our team has endeavoured to properly help the goods reach your home. It's the kind of thing we have been doing for 124 years, and to last another 124 years we have to maintain these high standards whilst everyone else seems to drop theirs!

Thank you for appreciating our parcel wrapping, we could always take the competition's approach of chucking everything into a box with some plastic filler, but we feel the traditional way we have done things for 124 years is the best. It's a hard habit to break.

“As usual I am delighted with my latest pack of Woods Finest Linen Dishcloths -surely the best in the world (not that I've tried then all!!) How unusual to get so excited with anything as mundane as dishcloths - that's just the way I am! Regards to all at Woods - Sally Petitt”
