“In a world of either faceless communication resulting in poor service or of uncomfortably over-familiar dialogue, Woods was a rarity. I was treated as a respected, valued customer and offered faultless service in a timely manner. The item bought represented value for money, it was packaged carefully and arrived when expected. “I often hear people state that they do not write reviews only in exceptional cases. With regards to Woods of Harrogate I just have to review not only the gorgeous duvet cover set, but all my past purchases. The company has the finest collection of beautiful linens in this country and all my purchases over many years are still as opulent as the day I received them.”

“I found a quilted cotton bedcover at Woods online which was the ideal size, weight and colour for our bed. Over a starched cotton sheet and a cotton cellular blanket it makes a perfect covering for warmer summer nights.”

“One of the few companies to sell waffle towels. Excellent quality - will never go back to "normal" towels. They wash perfectly and get moisture off after showering much quicker than standard towels. They also last for ages.”

“Having experienced frette bed linen it is difficult to settle for anything less. Woods of Harrogate is one of my very favourite shops. It is a treasure trove of the most exquisite linen and the service is superb. I love receiving the parcels, beautifully packed in brown paper and string. Even the knots are a work of art.”
