“1. Website kept adding things to my cart when I was just trying to scroll up and down. Perhaps the green "add to cart" button is too wide. 2. When I went to the cart to delete things sometimes it showed various stuff that I hadn't even added. Seemed confused. Then it showed the right things. 3. Search function doesn't seem very good. I'm sure you carry lots of different machine screws and/or bolts, but machine screws and bolts produced very little in the way of machine screws and bolts and a lot of other #@$”

“I tried to submit my order the other night and no matter what I did, your system would not let me finish the the transaction. Your system isn't the friendliest by any means, but you do have great product. Thank you”

“This was advertised as $159 originally and then went to $179 while IN my cart. I tried to call and find out why but could never reach anyone. Even at $179 I decided to purchase but was REALLY looking forward to the $159 price and disappointed with the price jump.”

“Your system did not like my Billing address until I finally figured out I had to choose an existing one from your database. NOT CLEAR. I made all correct entries but system kept responding (three times) that there were omissions until i figured it out. A bit frustrating.”
