“The booking process is quite cumbersome. There is also no map involved in the booking process showing the position of the unit. So I booked with "blind faith" rather than knowing where the unit is on the site, proximity to the facilities etc. Suggest you include this in the process. thanks.”

A map indeed would be useful when choosing a specific location and therefore when we launched Handpick your Holiday Home last year, this was one of the first things considered as being necessary. There is a link to the map for the Park being booked, we're sorry you didn't notice it. “I paid an extra £10 to book a specific caravan when filling out the e-form. This did not appear in the final receipt. I have paid for a service and accommodation and it does not show. This is a violation of the trades description act 1968 for services and accommodation for the description of service. This needs to be addressed urgently by your website developers. The other issue with the booking service is that it should show you at the end of the booking process a summary of what you have entered and ordered before final purchase.”

“Quick and easy to book on line - return visits offer great discounts. Parks are great, slight mix up with our caravans but Pepsi on reception soon sorted this for us. Entertainment team are fabulous as always! Explorer ranger is brilliant as are the ladies in the shop at twitchen. Been holidaying here since I was a little girl and now bring my own children. Highly recommend this place for fab family holidays.”

“Just got home from Golden Coast and have to say a big thank you to team Woolacombe ...We all had a fabulous time . We stayed in the Silver Seaside Lodges and couldn't fault them..They were both immaculate inside and out and we had a fabulous location overlooking the small pond.They were both very clean and very modern I would highly recommend.....as i would highly recommend Golden Coast.So much to do we didnt have time in 5 days to do it all.The Old Mill was great lovely meals..The swimming pool at Cleavewood was just as it was when we last visited.As for the club at night it was great to keep the kids entertained..Will definitely book again.Again Golden Coast THANK YOU.”

“First time at Woolacombe Bay Holiday park. Found it a nice family friendly place. Loved the views from the outside balcony . Bus service good and well priced. The pool was open until 9pm which was good. Liked also that you could use all 4 parks.Would recommend.”
