only thing i had a problem with is, i had a offer code for booking it online but was unable to obtain the offer

I was able to chart online to an advice before booking my holiday and my questions were answered clearly so I was able to make my choice

It was quick and easy to book the accommodation. The only only thing that took a bit of time was that you had to expand another menu to see what was included in the package. This could be made easier by use of bullet points on the main screen. Regards Mr Turner

Very rarely do I offer praise for online booking experiences but I have to say the availability and subsequent booking process for 'Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks' is worthy of comment for its fresh, innovative user interface. Nice to see something a little different. As for improvements (and the reasons why I did not rate V.good) would be: 1) do not ask about pets when checking availability and prices and then only add on price for said pet once a booking is in final stages - the price displayed against availability should include pet(s) and users should not then have to select pets later on (again); 2) details about park locations when comparing sites from the availability page is either non-existent or buried somewhere very difficult to find - I gave up; 3) a site map showing pitches at each site would be helpful; 4) (from memory) navigation from availability page back to main website page seemed a bit too clunky with an odd intermediate page appearing. Unnecessary.

SITE FROZE ON FIRST ATTEMPT - SECOND TIME ALL WORKED FINE - hAVE BEEN TO THE SITE BEFORE SO i KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT - MUST BE OK TO MAKE YET ANOTHER RETURN

web page is a bit confusing. why do you require both a home phone number and also a mobile number to make a booking by computer? couldn't make the booking without both numbers,not everyone has both home phone and mobile numbers.

overall an easy and pain free process. Decided to have a web chat halfway through booking as I wanted to check location of accommodation. response was quick. tried calling but centre was busy and did not want to wait on hold which would have been expensive. I could not find map of accommodation and book an exact location as I think I have done this in the past so if this has changed it is a step back.

Simple and straightforward hassle free Only one fault I do not have a mobile phone and had to use by daughters therefore the booking was delayed until I got her number

Excellent park with brilliant facilities. Accommodation poor! We were really pleased with the park itself and the staff were all really helpful. There was lots to do and Woolacombe Beach is 5 minutes away by car. The EX34 team who looked after the childrens area were really good. Unfortunately the place is let down by old caravans which are in a poor condition. The literature states they are quite new but this does not appear to be the case. The cutlery in our drawers was dirty and the bathroom sink leaked. The linen was lovely and clean but the whole caravan looked tired. We had paid to upgrade and I do not feel that we got value for money with this.

Online helper, Andrea, was very helpful but she didn't have access to any booking/accomodation details, which would have been of sensible. Once I had found a villa which suited us and our two small dogs it was a bit onerous to have to fill in so many details - but I suppose it was a necessity! We are now fully booked, insured and paid for, so we just hope that our health holds out until the holiday date! Many thanks - we are now looking forward to our holiday. Roz Turk.

I was overall very pleased but if I have anything negative to say it would be the toilets. I thought they were very poorly maintained, dirty, without toilet roll in many. I had a need to call maintenance to give me a jump start. I found the service very efficient ????????
