“Actually using the site to book was very straightforward however we looked at booking last night and got a price But I thought I would phone today to book as I normally prefer to speak to a person rather than do it online. Not only was our quote last night no longer valid and changed from £196.50 to £229 but you also get charged an extra £10 for booking by phone! I ended up doing an online booking today anyway when I should have done it last night and saved myself over £30!”

“We stayed at twitchen house and for the price it was really good. Has everything you need. One of the best shower/toilet blocks I have ever found for tourers/campers. The only thing that doesn't make it a very good is the indoor pool facilities. The lockers were broken the foot pool you walk through was ice cold and extremely dirty. We didn't see a member of staff the whole time we were in there. Would go back again though.”

“Fantastic holiday park. Very clean and well managed. Great facilities and friendly staff. The only fault was all the noisy Crows! Will defiantly re- book. Thank you for a great few days of our very 1st camping trip! X”

“Overall it was very easy to use and self explanatory. The only issue that we had, was that on receipt of the confirmation it had a date of our booking for 17/08/2015 rather than 06/07/2015. I initially thought that I had made a mistake. But on looking at it, it could not have been. As a holiday for this date for the same type of accommodation is over double. The staff on the phone however, responded and dealt with the matter very effectively.”
