“Probably would have been a whole lot better if my talk talk connection was any good. I had to ring up and check that it was all ok as the page froze. All was Ok and the booking was fine. Simple easy booking with straight forward sections to follow. It was my provider that was at fault.”

“as you are not able to book a specific holiday home when you book on-line and have to phone to do this a freephone or landline number should be available rather than having to use a premium rate telephone number.”

“No problems booking on-line. Straightforward and easy to do. Extras (eg bed linen, sports activities) all easy to add on. Like that the confirmation can be printed or accepted on your mobile and gives park address, directions, phone number and booking reference all in one place. Hope the holiday parks are as good and the sun shines!”
