“I would have liked more information with regards to the activities so it would have been easier to be sure of what I have booked. The information given was very brief, this may be of use to some but I would have liked a better description (even if this was in a separate drop down or some pictures available).”

“The staff were really helpful. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the price hadn't been reduced much for last minute bookings. Also we have been going to Woolacombe parks for over 20 years but didn't receive any bonus' or discounts.”

“Overall a great experience. Little frustrated that the floor plans of the accommodation were not relevant to the offered property in some cases and disappointed that after 24hours I still have no emailed confirmation. Other than this it was an easy and effective interface.”

“It did not save the holiday I reserved the first time, had to reapply. I'm not sure if it was because I had a temporary password? When I updated it I seem to remember after that but not until i re entered several times (obviously pressing the save for later button). Might be worth saying this in large print before you press save as always seems to say it's saved even if it's not.”

“Easy to use but a bit slow to react. Nevertheless very good simple process. I especially like the fact that I didn't feel as though I was being mis sold (Hoseasons will include a photo of a beach 5 miles away)”

“The different offers & searching is a bit fragmented. Could not go to view accommodation when looking at different available options without going out of booking process. The site will not let me go into account. I have reset password twice & it still says incorrect password. Other than that all went smoothly”
