“A very good on-line booking system although there was a problem with the prices of the linen hire so I had to telephone the park to query this. Otherwise, I would have given the on-line booking a 5 star!”

“Confused by payment details as the extra charge credit card made me think that my visa debit card would be charged, however once sorted it was a good experience - quick! Not keen on all the extras, I would expect linen to be included, feel £8 per bed is expensive and unnessary when the holiday is expensive already!”

“Overall easy to use and no problems. Just needed to use the online chat to ask a couple of questions regarding pitch type etc before booking (wasn't sure what difference was between hardstanding and all weather, and wanted to check sizes as our motorhome is fairly big). Thank you.”

“When choosing the options for bed linen it would be helpful to have a reminder of the layout of the accommodation so you can see what beds there are and what linen may need to be ordered. Apart from that everything was very straight forward. Thank you.”
