“we have just come back from a wonderfull week at woolacombe bay the caravan was clean except duvets which defently were not big enough caravan for 2 4 might be a bit tight but in summer no problem lovely balcony benches warning defently not for disabled lots hills we were on top of one hill parking in out was nightmare but it dioes state not disable friendly lucky hubby had his trusty mobility scooter views are fantastic u can see over to fields hills and the sea were we were nice club groups regualy entertainment every night the spar was wonderfull you get a hour free with each booking u can use the suna and steam room too no water avalible in there which is a must after comming out friendly staff very clean everywere food good lots for children to do georgeouse walks but again warning very steep comming back up footpaths but all in all we had one of the best short breaks we had for years we are both in 50s 60s highly recomended”

“I felt rushed, the accommodation I was looking at was an apartment, I looked at another room when I went back 2 minutes later it had gone so I booked a beach retreat but it didn't state it was a caravan. I don't mind a caravan but would have preferred the apartment. My booking confirmation states 2 adults which is correct but I didn't see a tab that said over 55's (sadly to say) which is what me and my husband both are, but I don't think it's made any difference to the booking. Overall I would have liked more time to have looked at the other accommodation but that's what you get when special offers are on be quick or you'll miss them.”

“Booking holiday seems easy and understandable. Website is nice and colourful with good clear navigation. Loads of pictures and reviews which might help make up your mind, however mobile site is slow in loading, glitchy and some 'drop down' boxes and selections do not work while using mobile devices. 4 stars out of 5 just because of poor mobile site support. Holiday parks are nice and family friendly. Caravans villas and lodges are well equipped and functional. It's my second visit and definitely bot last one.”

“easy to use most of the information you need is there, only confusion was looking at the different parks and what was available there. Also be nice to have a layout of where the home would be or even be able to choose were about to stay in the actual park as the map provided gives info on activities there but not the living quarters in details. i.e. wanted a place overlooking the sea but cant tell from map or booking info which one to actually book.”

“booking online was easy and simple but when i tried to extend my holiday to 7 days i felt the way i was treated by one of the staff, whose name i cannot recall unfotunately, was that bad i was ready to have the 4 days and never visit again . i was told that today they were doing some staff training, i hope that this woman was invited to do some. luckily i had a phone call of a woman named sue who was very helpful and the situation was resolved within a couple of minutes”

“Simple but confusing. I added in extra insurance at the end of the booking but it never got amended to my bill so I dint knoe if I have it or not. Plus a 1.5% total card charge is exorbitant and not necesary. Its just another way to make money off of a credit card when you probably have deals with banks to have free charges on cards, depending on the volume of money being passed. I love going to woolacombe but I will think twice next time about going there now i i Know I am going to get charged extra for using a credit or debit card.”
