“Overall good and easy to use and very tablet friendly with nice big buttons. Only criticism was I had forgotten my password so reset it with no problems but it didn't save my holiday search so had to start again. Also, was going to use the chat function but was put off by having to enter my email address etc, expected just to be able to chat without providing any info. Good site though. Thanks!”

“Very simple booking process with all the necessary information available. IIt's a shame that you're limited on what dates you can go - we had hoped for a Thursday to Sunday break but have instead had to settle for a 7 night break and just miss the first few nights”

“It's good but could always be better especially where discount is concerned if you book early and pay straight away then it's cheaper but if you book early with deposit and pay final balance near the actual holiday it's more expensive, where other parks don't punish you that way like Haven they have a system where you have a direct debit set up over the months and spread the payment costs yet final balance is always the same as if you wanted to pay it all off, I like this option as you don't have to physically remember to pay its just the like any other house hold bill”

“Well, we have been going to Twitchin for at least 18 years, including having our wedding reception in Twitchin House just over two years ago. We have both been very impressed with the recent renovation work, and think it has made a great improvement. However having just returned from the Easter weekend I must say that the bar service was appalling! I understand that it was Easter and the weather was fantastic, so it was busier than ever, however having at maximum three bar staff in the main bar was ridiculous. the lounge bar was just as bad, with people queuing for twenty minutes. Also very annoying when you finally get to the bar and order your drinks, you can't get the kids a slush puppy at the same place. I know its good that the older kids can get the drinks from the arcade, however when you've waited twenty minutes to get to the bar the last thing you want to be told is that you have to go and queue at the arcade! You must know the numbers of caravans booked and therefore the staff required? the old system with bar scanners seemed to be more efficient when things get busy. We are stopping again in a fortnights time, so will see if the staffing levels are any better. Hopefully the outdoor pool will be open, I was concerned that with the cover on it could be dangerous if a child was to fall in and be encapsulated by the cover. May I also suggest that for guests checking out, a box could be provided for keys, as once again it is very annoying to have to queue just to check out. Kindest regards Colin Barnes”

“it was a little annoying to have to start the whole booking again when i just wondered how much for 14 nights as aposed to 7. but this is a real minor thing, on the whole a very easy site to use. many thanks looking for to sept when we come to see you.”

“I WANTED TO BOOK 4 NIGHTS STARTING THE 16TH April but to get the on line deal I had to book 3 nights on line from 17th Apri and then had to ring up the site to add the 16th April as advised by the booking staff following an earlier phone call today. I would have preferred to book everything on line !”

“Booking was easy and went smoothly. Clearly it helped to know what I wanted before I started so I was able to go through each step swiftly. Only rated good as I had been looking on a tablet initially but it took an age to load up each page and the scrolling was awkward. Changed to a laptop and it went through much more easily.”
