“I was able to use the chat function to check anything I wasn't sure about there and then instead of having to wait for an e-mail reply. This meant I was able to get the booking sorted out there and then. Only let down is your site can be a bit tempermental about how it works so lost the page several times. Other than that relatively easy and quick.”
