“Overall everything was very clear. The only thing was that we booked our holiday during the January discount period. I didn't realise until right at the end of the process that the entire payment had to be made before the end of January, not just the booking and deposit. That was rather a nasty surprise at the end of the booking process.”

“Got in a bit of mix up on line, so phoned and spoke to one of the girls who pointed me in the right direction. I asked her if she could complete the booking over the phone, and she said she could, but it would add 10.00 to the price. What's the point of that...no point at all!!! John Stafford”

“- Good easy input of information - It would be better if you could select specific sites; We were only interested in going to 1 of the 4 sites and the inclusion of other sites in the search results masks what I was looking for - Once booked, I could not get into "My Account" as I had automatically been set up with 2 user accounts; After speaking to the online help, this seemed to be a regular issue?”
