“Very easy and simple however when I linked my two bookings together to try and enable us to camp next to each other there was no real confirmation that this was possible or not bar the usual 'We will try but cannot guarantee' disclaimer. However after phoning up to ask I received a warm and helpful response satisfying my query so am happy.”

“The photos could of shown the bedrooms on the 3 berth caravans could only get a floor plan of the 2 berths apart from that I had a very smooth and hassle free booking so simple to do”

“I had to call to get more information on the various pitches as there was insufficient information on the website. I simple image linked to each pitch type showing an image and a brief description (ie i had no idea "continental" meant no awning, what is the difference between hardstanding and all weather, how to you peg down an awning on hardstanding). The call clarified where these various pitches were located as the colour code only differentiates between electric pitches and super pitches.”
