Thank you for your feedback. Our Holiday Safeguard Scheme option is shown at Step 3 during the booking process (the add-ons and extras page), but if it is not taken at that point then it is offered again at the final stage before taking payment in case visitors missed it earlier in the booking process. “There is a calculation error in your booking system. The total amount I payed was correct but the final total I was told I would be paying was increased by approximately £3 for no explainable reason. We just pressed continue because we couldn't be bothered to quibble over £3”

“This is the first time we have holidayed at woolacombe. Easy to book the stay. I didn't book any sports extras as I hadn't really spent time looking at the activities in detail so wasn't sure exactly what I did want to book and the age ranges. And now looking on the website I'm don't find the information that clear, however I will phone and discuss this. Looking forward to our stay, looks fantastic.”
