“Very polite staff. Young lady in shop was very helpful when we asked about local vets,went out of her way to help and gave us addresses and telephone numbers. Very well maintained park, so clean. Caravan was excellent, we had a dog friendly caravan which was spotless. Very clean,bedding and all equipment was available as stated. Our caravan had super views of the countryside and side view of the sea,couldn't ask for more. Entertainment staff were brilliant. Check in very quick. Loved the gift pack for the dog, lovely surprise. Super views from the balcony of the complex.Will certainly return in the near future.”

“The whole booking process was extremely painful and very frustrating!! 1st wouldn't let me sign in, then when finally signed in wouldn't allow me to add my mobile number - which doesn't allow you to process to the next stage, after 2hrs of logging in and out picking the lodge and then not allowing me to actually book it, by some miracle it finally cleared through and we have finally managed to get booked in online.......... Terrible, terribly shocking bad website design.”

“Tried to book camping holiday on iPad using both safari and chrome browsers - neither would work, so finally tried home PC using internet explorer and was able to make the booking. Can the booking system not be browser agnostic? Fortunately I had access to iie browser to make the booking online.”
