“The booking process provided 4-5 choices at the same price, with similar offers. Quite hard to choose, when effectively they all stated the same thing, with very minor differences. Also I have now had six separate emails about my holiday, all within 12 hours of booking. Surely one email would suffice. If I wanted to book additional items I should be able to do this via the website.”

“The location is superb. The entertainment and staff are good. Credit to the cleaners too, caravans are always top scratch. Reception friendly and help resolve issues quickly working well with a speedy and friendly maintenance team. Love the golden coast caravans with their private parking and bench.”

“Park its self is very nice outdoor pool area is very good for kids and nice clean and tidy. The bar let's the park down food is very expensive and not worth the money, its take ages to come (even when only people in there) drinks are very expensive £8.95 a mini bottle of prosecco £6 cider or pint. There always seems to be lots of staff hanging around no one actually serving and all just look at you whilst waiting and don't acknowledge you. Arcades are pointless nothing for the kids to win always empty. Nice to come and stay if only using the pool for facility and nothing else.”

“Everyone was super friendly but Jodie the bar manager at golden coast went the extra mile. Our granddaughter was meant to be with us but she was taken into hospital the day we were meant to leave stewarton. Jodie gave Ellie a Betty Beachball teddy and a letter from Billy and Betty and a certificate for being brave. Ellie will love this. Thank you Jodie and the team”

“We have stayed in Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks for a few years now. We enjoy the atmosphere the scenery and the fresh air. The staff are polite and any problems are rectified straight away. We enjoy our break in North Devon and look forward to our little break every year. My husband and I are both retired and enjoy the evening entertainment and also all the lovely walks that there is on offer around the area, the restaurants in Braunton are a particular favourite of ours.”

“Best holiday park we have ever been on. This is the third time we have been to Twitchen House and we love it. It’s relaxing, pottery was fun, crazy golf was fun, love the outdoor pool, indoor pool and sauna and the free spa. Also love the paths to the beach and the other parks, and love that the park is dog friendly. Very happy to have been in the exclusive caravan this year as also love the balcony.”
