“Great caravan but terrible location. Bedroom window right up tight to a concrete wall. All caravans too close together, so close you could hear conversations from the caravans on both sides.”

“Made a mistake and even though my holiday was 7 weeks after the booking and I phoned straight away, I had to pay a £20 administration fee to rectify my error, even though the new revised pitch was more expensive than the one booked in error. If I could afford it I would have cancelled and let you keep the money.”
