“Booking process was easy and informative. We are looking forward to our holiday. We would have liked however a summary of the booking i.e dates accommodation extras etc to appear just before the payment is submitted. We would also liked to have been able to pay in advance for the enhanced wifi and for the information to be more consistent on this, your faqs give different information to the actual up to date rates etc info.”

“Stayed at Twitchen House, with a mixed aged family group 3 to 66yrs. Brilliant holiday. best bits: cleanliness, friendly staff, the welcome for the dog, the bushcraft and wildlife activities run by the Rangers, open top bus shuttle service, nightly dancing for the littleones 6.30 to 8.15.”

“The booking process was simple to use, however at the end of the process the site froze so I came out of the site and found that the booking had infact been actioned and an email confirmation sent to me. On going back into the frozen site I was able to continue exiting the site, only to find that it booked my stay a second time. I immediately phoned the number given and was told that yes the booking had been made twice however no refund could be actioned until the operators supervisor had been contacted. 8 hours later and I am still waiting for confirmation that the second booking has been cancelled and my money refunded to my account. Let`s hope it happens soon.”

“This park is fantastic (Twitchen House!) The views along the costal from path towards Woolacombe bay are breath taking. We stayed on the touring field and were very pleased with the surrounding area , shower block and general maintenance of the camp. If you fancy trying out the ranger activities at Twitchen House then these come very highly recommended. My Son tried all the activities and became a huge fan Ranger Chris. This man gave us so many smiles and giggles and his knowledge and enthusiasm is contagious! Overall an amazing holiday and many beautiful memories made.”

“Beautiful settings, clean and well look after park, on site price not that high. You can use the facilities of the other 3 park which is great. Very close to the beach. Great pool for under 5. We will bring friends over next year. Highly recommended!”
