“im sorry to say I think it's very bad between the mud and the grass it is so not looked after the pitches are small to far to toilets the place is so unkept”

“fridge door broken lights broken with bulbs hanging out of holder seating broken smell in caravan only noticible on sunny days decking poorly maintained with holes and screes protruding dirty lamp shades full of dead flies. Door won't stay ooen as catch broken. Bedroom door had to be forced shut as fitted incorrectly Fortunately we only stay in overnight. Why didn't we report the above issues.we shouldn't need to have them they are not minor issues and frankly we don't expect it. 26 years of staying in caravans and never has to report anything to this degree. Customer service is key to any buisness we will not return here.”
