“The booking process was straight forward and I have no issue with that. However I was on live chat to Georgia and at exactly 9pm she said it's closed now and I assume logged off. I was mid sentence so hit send but was ignored. Staying 10 minutes late to finish a customer enquiry is pretty standard surely? I was disappointed to be cut off so abruptly and I did think twice about the customer service I may receive at the park.... we'll see.”

“we have just came back from goldencoast holiday park at woolacombe and we left a night earlier because of how dissapointed with the way we was talked to by a member of staff there and the fact that we was rushed to get out of the club house every night. The lodge that we was staying in for the first 7 nights was dusty and the beds are very uncomfortable and for the last 3 nights we was in an apartment which was better than the lodge and cheaper. we also felt that some of the staff made an effort but some just couldnt be bothered and when we went to the same place 2 years ago for the halloween weekend we loved it so we cant understand why its changed so much over the past 2 years. also very dissapointed with the fact that you had to pay for wifi or had to be in certain places for free wifi as we think you have paid enough for your holiday we think it should be included in the price not pay a fiver or tenner for 24hrs and so on.”

“Booking procedure easy and good to use however don't like credit card surcharge added at the end.Can't comment on holiday camp yet as holiday is next year lets hope accomadation is as good as the brochure pictures show.”
