“The staff right from reception, entertainment to bat and security staff all always go that extra mile to make out holidays amazing, fun and memorable which is why we come back year after year. They make my autistic son feel so happy. I've been holidaying at woolacombe bay since I was 5 years old with my parents, I am now 36 and making amazing happy memories with my own children. ☺️”

“We stayed at Twitchen House, the so called gold caravan we booked looked nothing like the pictures advertised on this website! We got a caravan which was filthy and stunk of mould and urine. I spent the best part of our first day cleaning, and a full can of air freshener did not take away the smell. I couldn't wait to get out of this caravan. Apparently the 2 berth caravans are not the true spec of the pictures advertised, the picture and description advertised is of 3 berth caravans, and the 2 berth we stayed in was a 2013. Totally false advertising, I was very disappointed! Shame really as the campsite itself was lovely. 😩”
