“The booking experience was frustrating and because of the poorly designed web site. It seemed impossible to view a different type of caravans (silver, vs. gold etc.) without being sent back to the start page and having to enter all our information again. We had to repeat the process FOUR or FIVE times just to see the differences in the caravans. We gave up trying to book on the mobile phone and even using the desktop it was little better. Also, we had to restate which site we wanted to go to again after having done so at the beginning. No matter what caravan we looked at the 360-degree views was of the same caravan and contradicted the floor plans. It was of a caravan we didn’t like, so that doesn’t inspire us confidence. Once we started to paying process things went smoothly.”

“all my booking confirmation etc came through as 'junk' mail, even the email warning me that the confirmation email containing the pdf attachment may come through as junk mail, came through as junk mail.the holiday site itself is worth this, been many times in the past and loved it.”

“The booking was quick and efficient - advisers really helpful. We took our 8 and 6 year old granddaughters who enjoyed many of the children's activities and especially enjoyed the swimming facilities and the Explorers activities, making a bee habitat, nature collage, learning how to light a fire and many more. Chris Jordan the folklore woodsman who runs the Explorers was really knowledgeable and the girls loved the activities. We stayed in Easewell farm and thought quite basic was one of the quieter parks but the other 3 parks were just minutes away so we felt we had the best of both worlds. Showers at Easewell could do with an update but everyone very friendly.”

“Whilst the facilities and entertainment are of a good standard, the accommodation does not always meet this standard. We stayed in a gold caravan which was grubby, outdated and unclean on arrival, with remnants of the previous occupants in the form of cigarette ends all over the entrance, unfinished cans and crumbs and food pieces all over the worktops and floor. This standard of accommodation needs to be vastly improved to meet the standard of other areas of the park such as the entertainment areas. The check in staff were impolite, unenthusiastic and did nothing to make us feel welcome on arrival.”

“Lovely site to stay on love the entertainment for the kids staff is really friendly swimming pool is amazing love the caravan beds are so comfortable good space to move around shower rooms lovely only disappointments is there’s not Enuff coat hanger for clothes in both rooms but everything else is amazing would stay again as coming back next year again in2019”
