“Loved it, we will definitely be back. Children were never bored, the option of using all 4 parks just made it so much fun as felt like a new day out at all of them. The indoor swimming pool at woolacombe bay was brilliant for my nearly 2 year old and 4 year old and the outdoor at at Gold Coast. None stop fun for a week. The bus does get pretty full. But the kids loved it and they do put extra ones on when it is too busy. Never managed to get on the open top one but the kids loved the closed top double decker anyway and saved getting sand in the car ???? The old mill pub on Gold Coast food was amazing. We loved every minute even though the sun didn't stay out to play all week. There were still loads to do”

“Well what the brochure shows and adverts on Facebook couldn't show false advertising any worse if they tried !! We arrived after a 379 mile drive. Saw the caravan / shack. Turned round and came home. Still waiting for reply / refund Starting county court proceedings. Next week out of principal . No customer service just sarcastic / rude people. We sort of goes exactly with the site. Devon is fantastic. Do not be put of. Just don't go there. It's worn out. Filthy. They are fab places cheaper in the same area. I've never complained in my life before. But this was a joke. Maybe in court when we show pictures of the so called Hoilday retreat v brouchure. They may not think there so smart. A phone call / letter bk / no just plain ignorant.”

“Could not fault woolacombe bay park but golden coast facilities were not the at all up to scratch. Food was awful, hand dryers were faulty, bowling wasn't working.”

“We stayed here on woolacombe bay site last week we had a lovely relaxed weekend beautiful views. Staff were very friendly, lots of stuff close by the only thing I'd say is maybe they could add another restaurant to this park. Can't wait to return.”

“Just booked on-line, very simple and asked a question via chat and got an almost immediate response. They don't mention towels for Gold Lodges but apparently you have to bring your own. They could make that clearer. I hope the mattresses are good as other reviews say they are very uncomfortable. Finger crossed on that one.”

“We love this site, we have been many times with motorhome, and hired a static caravan. The staff are friendly and helpful, the clubhouse again staff really really nice, and the food is excellent. The 1 and only fault I have found , is I tried to book again last night , I thought I had booked for woolacombe sands, but when I got the confirmation it was for another site they run [Easwell Farm]”
