“The website was easy to use and plenty of information available for us to make an informed decision on our holiday. The booking process was simple enough but I had an issue using Chrome. The system asked me to tick that I accept terms but there was nowhere to tick and every time I clicked confirm I received an error message. In the end I had to switch to Internet Explorer, which worked well. If it wasn't for the issue experienced with Chrome I'd have happily rated the process a 5. We're very much looking forward to our stay!”

“Been to Twichen Park 3 times, lovely size and location, great you can use other park facilities. Staff always lovely and kids love the entertainment. Paid a lot for top of range caravan which was rather tatty, when we complained we were moved immediately to a better one. Food is a bit pricey but good and fine for convenience.”

“To be honest it's a site for the kids they'd some pricey entertainments provided. The touring pitches in the I field area are small as is the roads leading to them narrow. Add to that the slope to the point you've got to use concrete blocks to try and get somewhere near level. The front end was getting on for three foot from the ground. They suit 12 to 16 foot vans not 26 footers. Also I appreciate you have a captive audience at your bars but I do think your prices are extortionate. Whilst on a roll you've a massive toilet block at the top of the camping garden field but shame it lacks a pleasant scented smell. More a cowshed. Will I be back no chance. The only plus was your adventure rangers nature trails.”

“Website is not very easy to follow. You cannot review accommodation as you are trying to book? I think I have ended up booking two holidays by mistake? I only require 1 week for 4 people. Please confirm I only booked one holiday and you have only taken one deposit?”

“The electric kept tripping due to site over-use on our last night, 31st March, at Easewell Farm. Staff tried to help but kept passing us from the man sales office to on-site staff. We asked for a refund for this night only and again were palmed off, no-one wanted to take responsibility. Quite an expensive site and it was cold so did miss the electric. The reception was often un-manned and for a large established site we found this unacceptable. Would not use again.”

“This is only to review the booking process as we haven't been on the holiday yet, so it's misleading to say I'm reviewing the parks themselves. Makes me question whether the other high ratings are for booking process only! The booking online process was excellent and easy. I hope the holiday experience will be the same. Looking forward to it.”

“Enjoyed the stay here all staff were friendly and nice food was lovely here. Only bad thing was the pool was very cold and when asked before I came I was told it would be hot apart from that would come again”
