“I tried to order twice (once by phone paying an extra £4.95 for a next day delivery and once by internet) for an amount greater than £25 and send by 1st class royal mail. After 2-3 days, I phoned and the order was not even prepared (they have too many orders) and the order will be delivered one day ... but exactly when, nobody knows. Why promise a fast shipment if that is never the case (at least for me). I do not recommend this company for these reasons.”
