“I waited a while before i wrote this review as i wanted to use the cream a few times before i decided what i thought of it. Two things. It does smell and it does sting. But it is very slight in both! Compared to other hair removal creams it is amazing. Especially during this pandemic where getting to a salon is impossible it has come through as a godsend. I have used it 4 times now and i have really appreciated how easily and pain free it has been. No soreness or redness after. As compared to other leading brands they actually burnt and scarred the skin. Will definitely be using again.”

“I was actually really surprised by this product as I have sensitive skin in general so my intimate area is really quite sensitive, shaving is a no no because I get razor burn and ingrown hairs I’ve also tried sugaring but it’s pretty painful but this product is a pretty good replacement. At first glance I was skeptical because of the smell, it’s quite strong but it’s actually really gentle. When I first put it on it did tingle a bit but never burned. After about 5-6 minutes I got in the shower and tested a patch and it was coming off smoothly. I have course hair so I was like alright this is promising. When I removed all the hair it was pretty much smooth but had a bit of very short stubble in places that hair is thicker. But overall I’m impressed because for a hair removal cream it’s very gentle and removes like 90% of all the hair and leaves you pretty smooth even with stubble it’s not rough it’s quite soft. Obviously not a replacement for waxing but definitely 100% replacement for shaving!”

“Deliver was fast, packaging was fun, instructions were clear. However the product did not do as what was advertised. The removal cream is nothing stronger than normal hair removal cream, not suitable for the tougher areas which it claims to be designed for. Also left me very sore for a few days, despite me using as directed. Would not buy this again, nor would I recommend. Which is a shame as I thought this would be a really good product and a game changer in the world of intimate hair removal.”

“easy to use and totally pain-free. I had a really bad experience with hair removal cream (burning skin off) and I was nervous to use a cream again, but this product was amazing! I didn't feel any discomfort at all and it just washed my hairs away. Would definitely use again”

“Worst product I’ve ever used. Really disappointed. Followed the instructions. Only some hair came off, was left with a rash and had to shave afterwards which I wanted to avoid as can’t go for a wax during quarantine.”

“Amazing product! I have really sensitive skin so can’t shave or normally use hair removal cream. This is totally different! No sting, no rash just smooth skin! Normally I opt for waxing but even after lockdown is over, I don’t think I’ll be going back!”

“Absolutely amazing cream!! Works wonder on thick black hair. Always been paranoid to go for a wax & always takes a long time shaving but never quite get the right result. this takes around 5 minutes to work and is fantastic!! I have sensitive skin so was apprehensive to try but it was so gentle - will be purchasing again and again!!”

“So so pleased with this product! I have very sensitive skin and have struggled to find a cream that doesn’t irritate my skin... WooWoo doesn’t! “Love the customer service. literally can’t fault it. however, as much as the hair removal cream worked, it did not leave the same effect as it claims. this will not stop me from buying it though as it’s still the best on the market xx”

“Was a bit skeptical because I’ve used other hair removal brands but honestly can say I won’t be using any other brand now. I used to get a wax every month but because of lockdown (and some very good advertising) I decided to purchase from woowoo and I won’t be returning to waxing again. The application process was simple although I did have to leave it on for longer than 3 minutes. Got in the shower and I was amazed at how smooth I was after. It’s a bit strange because the hair literally falls away but it’s all good. Smell isn’t great but doesn’t last long, I have used it twice within a month and still got enough left for a third application! Much cheaper and less time consuming and none of the horrible pain of first getting your hair pulled out and then it regrowing back through after! 10/10 can’t recommend enough”

“Customer service: very good! Delivery: very good! Received within two days! No problem with the packaging or the actual product when it arrived. Product: I never have tried hair cream removers ever! And trust me I’m just like most of you scared of trying this, as it might go wrong or we might be sensitive etc. I am very sensitive that’s why choosing the right product for my skin is very difficult. But have researched and read reviews (which are mixed reviews by the way- which made it more difficult for me) but I gave it a try. I didn’t pat test, just used it when I received it. I left on the product longer on what it said on the instructions, I have dark skin black hair. I’m amazed how this product has removed not just most but all of it!!!! Really happy with the outcome, didn’t get any sensitivity, burns or anything that upset my skin. And quite surprisingly hair does grow a lot more slower than shaving it. So I’m happy!! I definitely recommend!!”
