“It is good and works. The only reason I mark it down is because I get a slight burn from it, which is sore, but I guess that might just be the product not suiting my skin.”

Please pay close attention to your timings, this may have happened if the product was left on for to long. We always advise patch testing prior to use. xx

“Bought a bundle to try a few products after seeing positive reviews. One item had been switched (customer services v helpful and quickly refunded it but a little annoying as it was the wipes I particularly wanted to try) Have now tried the hair removal cream. Not for me. It is messy, seemed to use a lot, didn’t get all of the hair but still burnt my bum hole in the washing off process. Maybe it’s just me, certainly smelt better than other products, but I’ll be ditching the remainder of the tube and going back to shaving. :-( Sorry WooWoo!”

“Purchased 3 products only 2 turned up Sent email on this as was dealt with promptly . Cannot see a real difference on the lightning cream at all! As for the wax cream this burnt my skin so will not use again unfortunately. Still not tried the scrub.”

Unfortunately due to the nature of the product, it won’t be suitable for everybody, as every skin and hair type is so different, but this is why a patch test before use, on the area is essential. You can email our customer services team at help@woowoo.fun to take note of your experience ❤ x Lighten it needs to be applied twice a day as you would a moisturiser. Depending on hyperpigmentation levels results may take varying lengths of time. Woowoo x

“Hi, I tried the hair removal cream as I have tried others before without much success and the write up looked like it was a sure winner.... However, still no joy! The hair did fall out in places but not entirely. However, the balm feels lovely and helped with shaving rash as I have had to return to this now... Shame as it did not come cheap! I did not return this item. But could if I knew how too”

We are sorry to hear you're not having the results you hoped for with Tame it. 🤍 Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, it won’t be suitable for everybody, as every skin and hair type is so different. In case you're not already, we'd recommend the following process when you apply the product: ✨ Apply a generous amount of Tame It! to dry skin/hair - make sure that you apply a thick enough layer to cover all the hair that you wish to remove. After 3 minutes, check if the hairs come away easily. If not, leave the cream on until you reach 6 minutes (for super stubborn hairs, you can leave it on for an additional 2 minutes). Remove in a circular motion with a washcloth or loofah for best results. Woowoo ❤️x

“Struggling with UTIs at the moment and can't get an answer why. Found the products; Intimate Lube and Moisturiser and the UTI Babe Aid. I've had no UTI since using the product, taking two of the supplements a day. The initial use of the lube was good, felt nice however I found the lube would dry up very quickly and lot needed because of this. Overall liked the two products and will continue the supplements but won't be quick to purchase the lube again.”

“I was excited to use this product as shaving often left bumps, ingrown hairs etc however the product was rather disappointing as the cream left patchy removal even after going over a 2nd time. Where it did work was OK and not had any issues with regrowth itching or ingrown hair/bumps. It also wasn't gentle like advertised on the intimate area and left me sore. I do feel it is the same as highstreet branded hair removal cream and do feel it is slightly over priced for what it is. I think the lightening cream is a little gimmicky but is fine as a aftercare cream with its aloe. Such a shame as wanted to love it.”

“Does not completely remove my hair before it starts to burn/max out time. I have red, wiry pubes and sensitive skin. Smells nice, I like the applicator, but just doesn't do as good of a job as i would like.”

“The service was great and the delivery time was fine. Unfortunately I had a really bad reaction to the hair removal cream which caused burns so I would suggest that everyone does a test strip before use just in case as suggested on the instructions.”

Thank you for your review Every skin and hair type is different, so it may take one use as a tester before you really start to see the magic - for instance you may realise your hair is more stubborn than first thought, or that you need to be firmer with the removal. Apply a generous amount of Tame It! to dry skin/hair - make sure that you apply a thick enough layer to cover all the hair that you wish to remove. After 3 minutes, check if the hairs come away easily. If not, leave the cream on until you reach 6 minutes (for stubborn hairs, you can leave it on for 2 minutes more). Remove in a circular motion with a washcloth or loofah for best results. Remove immediately if you feel any burning sensation. ❤ Woowoo

“Positives: wash and wipes are brilliant, nice scent, great items Hair removal cream & wax: both didn't work for me. Sensitive skin and pcos. I'd hoped from the reviews that this would be the answer but sadly not, just painful skin and irritation - with only half the hair removed. I love the credentials - being vegan so I had really hoped this would work.”

“It’s very effective on longer hair, not so much on short hair. Stings a bit when applied down there. Also a slightly unpleasant smell. Otherwise impressed with the product, haven’t found anything similar.”
