“I hoped I'd found the holy grail of hair removal down there based on all the glowing reviews. It did work ok but it didn't leave me with the 'dolphins nose' it promised - it left 'stubble' but the skin around was nice and smooth. Within a day or so I got a horrid red reaction on the 'front area' which was quite painful when I sat down and it pressed on my jeans. Maybe my post-menopausal skin is too sensitive. the skin on my 'undercarriage' was fine though.”

“Received my product really quickly and was grateful it was in a discreet box! However I haven’t been able to get it to work at all for me. Not sure if I’ve been using it on too short hair or if my shower was washing too much off but I haven’t been able to get it to get rid of any hair at all unfortunately.”

“Bought this as last few times i was waxed and its not been good for me and after the reviews i thought great. The hair remover cream was disappointing, was really runny, followed the instruction but came out patchy, did it again but never removed all the hair. Giving 3 as the after balm was amazing”

“First try didn't really remove anything, so next try i used nearly a full tube and left it on for the longest time it said on the box. Took a lot of scrubbing with an exfoliating glove to remove the hairs. Then an hour or so later I found certain parts started to burn and irritate. After a couple of days everything started growing back, so did not feel worth it when having to use a full tube each time and go through that irritation for just a couple of hair free days.”

“I am not particularly happy with this product. It’s not made to be used on coarse hair and what not. I am particularly disappointed that I am still getting ingrown hair from using your products.”

“although the product did do the job under 5 mins in the shower, I found the smell slightly off-putting and the consistency to be too runny which I found messy to apply. I think if it was thicker it would make the process a lot better.”

“Was really hopeful for this product. Loved the packaging. But first attempt, carefully following the instructions was hopeless. I had hair off in some places but not others. Very difficult to apply thickly when the product is sloppy and runs off. Also left me with a really sore patch of skin in my groin. Second attempt I left it on for the full 5-6 minutes without the testing, showering and general faffing about. It did remove most hair this time. But after a different area in my groin was sore. The supposed soothing balm made it burn even worse. So it finally removed the hair but certainly no gain without pain.”

“Found the cream too thin. I'm not looking for complete hair removal and the cream ran into the area I did not want to remove. I won't repeat buy, I'm afraid.”

“The smell of the product truly is awful. I thought some of the reviews might be exaggerating but no. You get used to it but still... as far as hair removal went, it failed to remove everything, and my hair is fairy light and weak since I have been waxing it for fifteen years now. I can easily spend a month or more without waxing my legs and you can barely tell (unless you look at it from a very small distance). So I mean... not like my hair should be a big challenge. I will try to give it another go but from what I have experienced I wouldn't rate it more than a 3.5. It's very far from perfect and I was glad to only get the small size hair removal creme.”

“Great smelling product, delivered quickly and well packaged. Works fine for those difficult and dodgy flappy bits that you really don’t want to go near with a blade, and for bits that I haven’t been flexible enough to reach since I could skip without setting my pants. However, for the general beetle bonnet, did nothing to mine, even with the full six minute application. Not sure if it’s because they were too short? Maybe you need to fluff up before you buff up, but just didn’t seem to work as intended for me. Will continue to use on the other bits”

“Don’t expect miracles . Sadly this product didn’t do what it promised for me . I’ve tried twice but maybe it takes practice . It is still better than other products on the market as the smell isn’t as strong . I don’t know wether I would buy again though .”

“Brought the lighting cream which is working just fine. However, the hair removal does not work at all for me, used it once and it removed a tiny amount and then used it again for a second time and left it on for a little bit longer, still didn’t removed much at all and left burns. Don’t think I’ll be purchasing this product again.”
