“I purchased the tame it in shower hair removal cream and it made hair go fuzzy and brittle but did not remove it. A family member also had the same experience and re-applied a 2nd time for longer and it still did not remove much hair. The product was also sent in several little travel sized tubes which is not how it was ordered as a 200 ml tube and I wonder if this effected use.”

“Very upset with the hair removal cream I put it on my armpits and it gave me chemical burns then went to put the soothing cream on and it made it worse was not happy with my first experience”

Unfortunately your order was damaged in transit and so was returned back to us. I responded via email and fb messenger, both of which you responded to. Your order was resent and was delivered.

“This doesn’t work, I bought some a while ago but didn’t really follow the instructions the first time so thought I would try it again fairly. So places another order followed the steps exactly as I should and it didn’t work it was as awful as the first time. Wouldn’t reccomend. I emailed about this and was told to follow the steps even when stated that I did and then was ignored.”

“Unfortunately WooWoo didn't work for me, despite trying multiple times. I found the hair snapped off and grew back really prickly less than two days later. The soothing balm was not in the slightest soothing - I felt like I'd rubbed chillies on my body. Likely allergic reaction. For me, a very(!) expensive error.”

We are sorry to hear you're not having the results you hoped for with Tame it. 🤍 Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, it won’t be suitable for everybody, as every skin and hair type is so different. In case you're not already, we'd recommend the following process when you apply the product: ✨ Apply a generous amount of Tame It! to dry skin/hair - make sure that you apply a thick enough layer to cover all the hair that you wish to remove. After 3 minutes, check if the hairs come away easily. If not, leave the cream on until you reach 6 minutes (for super stubborn hairs, you can leave it on for an additional 2 minutes). Remove in a circular motion with a washcloth or loofah for best results. Woowoo ❤️x

Lighten it cream is to be used twice a day until the desired colour is achieved. This product does not work immediately, this is a gradual process and may take up to 4-6 weeks to see a noticeable difference, dependant on levels of hyper pigmentation. Woowoo

Every skin and hair type is different, so it may take one use as a tester before you really start to see the magic - for instance you may realise your hair is more stubborn than first thought, or that you need to be firmer with the removal. Apply a generous amount of Tame It! to dry skin/hair - make sure that you apply a thick enough layer to cover all the hair that you wish to remove. After 3 minutes, check if the hairs come away easily. If not, leave the cream on until you reach 6 minutes (for stubborn hairs, you can leave it on for 2 minutes more). Remove in a circular motion with a washcloth or loofah for best results. Remove immediately if you feel any burning sensation. Woowoo

“I bought the hair removal cream and tried it twice and it did not work at all. It also left a terrible smell on my skin after. I also tried the bath soak and it was nothing to write home about. I will not be wasting my money again.”
