“I bought the hair removal cream and tried it twice and it did not work at all. It also left a terrible smell on my skin after. I also tried the bath soak and it was nothing to write home about. I will not be wasting my money again.”

“It keeps asking me to write a review. I recieve around 3 emails a day for the last few days. I didn’t even receive it. They supplied a refund”

“First time I used this on my bikini line, worked brilliantly! As it says on the bottle safe to use on undercarriage and bum too. So the second time of using this is what I did, left it on for 2 minutes like instructed, it burnt my skin on my ‘undercarriage’ and left me in agony, sitting in a ice cold bath to try and sooth the burning. It hard literally burnt my skin, completely red raw not just a tingly burning sensation it actually burnt my skin!! If photos would be appropriate I would post!! Not to mention it didn’t even remove any hair!! I’m so disappointed, say well clear of using on the intimate areas that it’s suppose to be designed for, it is definitely not! Safe to use on the bikini line and that as far I would go with it”

“I honestly had high hopes for these products but I’ve found they haven’t worked at all. I purchased the hair removal cream, lightening balm and soothing cream. The hair removal cream did nothing for me at all, I followed the instructions, it does not smell good and it made my skin burn. So I had to use a razor as normal anyway, so I tried a second time but on stubblier hair and it still didn’t work. The lightening balm has made no difference to my skin at all. The only thing that seems to somewhat work is the soothing balm.”

“All 3 products in my opinion are very poor. The hair removal cream didn't work no matter how long I left it on or how I applied the cream. The body scrub didn't exfoliate the skin and the cream just seemed like any other moisturiser you buy from the shops. Did try and email customer services but they didn't reply to the email.”

We are sorry to hear you're not having the results you hoped for with Tame it. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, it won’t be suitable for everybody, as every skin and hair type is so different. In case you're not already, we'd recommend the following process when you apply the product: Apply a generous amount of Tame It! to dry skin/hair - make sure that you apply a thick enough layer to cover all the hair that you wish to remove. After 3 minutes, check if the hairs come away easily. If not, leave the cream on until you reach 6 minutes (for super stubborn hairs, you can leave it on for an additional 2 minutes). Remove in a circular motion with a washcloth or loofah for best results. Woowoo x

“I bought the hair removal cream as I was looking for an alternative to shaving. I followed the instructions of use, and it did not work. I will try using it again in case I did something wrong, but overall a poor first impression.”

“This product is no better than immac, smells exactly the same and stings and burns just as much on your intimate parts. My skin was irritated for hours afterwards so don’t believe the hype!”

“I did not receive my order and have not received a refund. Kept getting emails saying the delivery was delayed and then on the same day got one email saying it had been delivered and the next saying it was being sent back to the sender. This is the second time I have not received my order and no refund either time.”

Thank you for your review Every skin and hair type is different, so it may take one use as a tester before you really start to see the magic - for instance you may realise your hair is more stubborn than first thought, or that you need to be firmer with the removal. Apply a generous amount of Tame It! to dry skin/hair - make sure that you apply a thick enough layer to cover all the hair that you wish to remove. After 3 minutes, check if the hairs come away easily. If not, leave the cream on until you reach 6 minutes (for stubborn hairs, you can leave it on for 2 minutes more). Remove in a circular motion with a washcloth or loofah for best results. Remove immediately if you feel any burning sensation. ❤ Woowoo
