“I haven't received my order, the manager Serena Allen doesn't want to respond to my emails about the refund. Wouldn't recommend ordering here, waited for 10 days, haven't received any emails about the shipment confirmation, feel being scammed!!!!”

“It didn't work AT ALL for me. Super annoying and just not worth the money. Have tried repeatedly, checked and rechecked the instructions, but it's basically a pungent-smelling cream that has no real use.”

“I was really looking forward to using the product as I get really bad shaving rash and I fell for the promise of dolphin smooth results. I did a patch test 48 hours before with no issues and did a full application after. I was left really patchy and with stubble that looks like 2 days post shave (not dolphin smooth at all) and the hair was grown again within a few days. On top of that I began bleeding in a couple of spots and ended up with a chemical burn in one area. I emailed Woo Woo and messaged them on Instagram for advice but after 1 week I still have no response! Super disappointed.”

“Ordered Friday 23rd September only got dispatched Friday 30th - conveniently on a day Royal Mail are on strike. Obviously know strike has nothing to do with this company however the timescale on receiving item is shocking I wanted this for going on holiday and now it won’t arrive on time. Not sure why it took so long to ship the items. Not good enough”

“I usually use nair or veet and these both work fine for me. Unfortunately the woowoo hair removal cream does not work for me at all- it did not remove one hair.”

“Lovely smelling cream but really did not work for my bikini area. Left tiny soft stubble behind. Had to do the whole time too so did not want to risk leaving it on any longer. Shame as it held such promise.”

“The hair removal cream burned so much, and continued to burn for around a week afterwards. The balm did not help, it made it worse. And it didn’t even remove my hair, just made it shrivelled, crispy and sharp.”
