From what I can see you entered your address incorrectly when you placed your order, so RM are returning it. I have emailed you regarding this.

“Has absolutely no effect after using as described. It may as well be a moisturiser, it certainly doesn't seem to have any lightening properties. The branding and ethos of this company seems great and I can't fault that. Sadly this product let's them down massively and I will be seeking a full refund for what is basically a 40ml moisturiser for £16.”

Use as often as you can.. make sure not to wipe/wash off immediately after application. Will lighten to surrounding skin tone. How long depends on skin pigmentation, exposure to sunlight, how often you apply. Lab results produced a noticeable improvement after six weeks. You have only been using this product for approx 2 weeks so far. Woowoo

“Wouldn't waste your money! Honestly just stick with whatever you use now. Spent close to £30 on a bundle and the hair removal cream is terrible. Left with very obvious looking and feeling stubble despite being left on for the maximum time allowed as per the packaging. I can only imagine the dolphins they refer to are some sort of dolphin-hedgehog hybrid! Emailed customer service explaining my experience (including how I applied the product) and received a reply telling me how to use the product describing literally what I told them I'd done during use anyway. Told them again I'd followed instructions to the letter and zero reply since.”

“I don’t understand why but this just didn’t work for me. It’s dead runny and was hard to put on. I left for the correct amount of time but no hair came off at all. Complete waste of money.”

“I applied as instructed and it started to burn my skin after about a minute of being applied. I did email customer service so they could make a note of this and nobody emailed me back. Since then I’ve read other reviews of others having the exact same problem”

“This item does not work, followed the instructions by applying and waiting 3 minutes before jumping in she shower, keeping area with cream on out the water for a while longer. After 8 mins 90% of hair was still there. May as wel have saved my money as this works out a lot more pricey with delivery etc”

“The product does not work, it just burns skin. I emailed customer services to return this for a refund and they asked me to try it again, so I did. I have since emailed them 4 more times as I still want to return my item but I'm clearly being ignored. Zero customer service skills and a terrible way to run a business. I wish I had checked the reviews more before buying.”
