“After much deliveration + previous bad experiences with other brands I thought I would give Woowoo the benefit of the doubt Unfortunately, after following the instructions to the letter I was left sore + with a burning sensation The balm stung + made it worse Disappointed + sore”

“I bought the Dolphin set and im really disappointed. I used for the first time, followed instructions and nothing happened, no hair was removed. I tried a second time, this time I waited for 10 minutes before I went in the shower and still nothing. I've used hair removal cream before and this one doesn't come up close I'm afraid. The cranberry wash is nice though.”

“I used did a test patch of the hair removal cream and no hair was removed but instead it stung alot and made me bleed. I’m sure this works for other people I think my skin may be too sensitive. I may try your other products instead.”

“Relentless spamming with emails Delivery slow and service is rubbish. Half decent product but the relentless advertising and aggressively gendered marketing is just the worst. Will not be buying again. Product decent, brand, dreadful.”

“After having to contact numerous times now on email & on Instagram for a reply regarding my order I placed my order on 2/04/22 and it’s now the 14/04/22 I was told it was shipped on the 8/04/22 to the Royal Mail with tracking number since this date Royal Mail have still not received my order. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and service they have provided. I have emailed numerous times and still haven’t had a reply from my last email or Instagram DM, this is very poor service for a business, I see from Instagram/tiktok that ‘influencers’ that are gifted products have managed to have there orders before somebody that’s actually purchased the product themselves”

“It didn't take away any hair, just bleached it so I ended up blonde. Not worth the money at all and considering I had to wait over two weeks for it. Cheaper to buy immac”

“Doesn't work. I've used it 3 times now in hope. There is definitely a reduction in hair, but I'm left sore, patchy and even where the hair is removed it feels stubbly not smooth! Waste of money and time. I don't believe the positive reviews are real. If anyone has seriously had this work, please tell me what I'm doing wrong?”

“After a long search I finally ordered online as no stores had stock. For 1 it's very expensive...2 it does not work. I've used it 3 times now and every time it leaves patches of hair and not smooth at all. Have left it on for the 6 minutes allocated time and no longer but end up having sensitivity without results. Not worth the money spent. If you want a smooth yahoo, wax or shave. You will end up with better results.”

“I started by doing a test patch and this was fine. When I went to apply it I had it on for under 30 seconds and it started to feel irritated. I washed it off Immediately and it continued to burn and itch. I had to sit with a cold compress and for the next few days it was very sore. Very bad experience sadly :(”

“Simply did not work as advertised. I followed packaging instructions exactly the first time, and left on for 5 minutes longer than recommended the second time. No hair was removed the fist time, and a heavy stubble was left the second. Very disappointed.”
