No confirmation of order was recieved, the order came but was completely incorrect, it appears they just sent cheaper items.

Did everything as per the instructions but it did absolutely nothing except mildly sting and smell bad. Although the smell is no worse than other hair removers it was just useless. YMMV I guess but I would not buy again.

Well seeing as you asked (even though I unsubscribed from receiving any emails from you again…) I ordered from you over a month ago and never received order. Royal Mail apparently attempted delivery 3 times even though I was home for the apparent 2 attempts and no cards were left. Rather than refunding me straight away as I’ve now been out of pocket for over a month at no fault of my own I have to wait until the parcel is returned back to you for a refund. Which knowing the experience I have won’t be until approx June probably. So won’t be ordering from you again even though I liked your products and I’d say I was quite a loyal customer until recent events.

The hair removal cream didn't work at all, I followed every step and even left it on for extra time just to see if it would do anything and no nothing happened. Shouldn't have spent my money on it.

It quite simply doesn’t work. Formula is so thin is just slides off. I don’t think a single hair was removed.

I never received my products and despite contacting the company multiple times - they don’t offer a number to ring - I have had no contact back except this request to review them…. I have also been charged for the products which is a joke. Will not be using this company again

do not buy from this site! i bought two products, then received no confirmation emails, i have had no delivery updates and nothing has arrived to me BUT i was charged 2 weeks ago! i have tried to get in touch with the company and no one has responded!! terrible customer service

Minus stars for the intimate hair removal cream. I don’t know what they’ve done but it doesn’t work anymore. Just a stubbly rash. Did not work at all even after a full six minutes. Any longer and it just burns. It’s not worth the cash. So disappointed, honestly purchased a second time because I was so pleased the first time (2020 I think I used this). I’d add a photo of the results but, you know… not that kind of site :D 5* for the saddle sore balm and the speed of delivery.

Order 141180, I made a woowoo order around 1st Jan and received an email saying it dispatched 4th Jan, however that email contained no delivery information or tracking number. Simply a link to woowoos shipping information page stating that delays can be expected with their delivery partner Royal Mail. I waited for some other email from woowoo or royal mail on their behalf saying what my tracking number is etc but no email arrived. As I heard NOTHING I waited, assuming it was just shipping delays and my tracking number would come. It has been 2 weeks now so I contacted customer service who then say “oh it shows as attempted delivery on the 6th check your tracking number….” What tracking number ??? You never provided one! How am I meant to know somethings going to be delivered if I don’t even have a tracking number ?Heard great things about the products but will not be ordering from here again. This level of customer service is shoddy. At this rate, my products are probably on their way back to Woowoo. Once woowoo has received it I shall get a refund. Just disappointing.

I bought this after reading rave reviews, but OMG, the pain and stinging. I've not felt stinging like that since pushing a baby out of my lady garden! I had to sit with my legs spread and the shower on me just to stop the burning!

Reported to London trading standards. I ordered a product off the above website, usually i receive an email confirmation. I didn't receive anything via email. A few days past and i emailed the company on the above email asking them if they have sent the order and if they could resend my email conformation as i hadn't received anything but the money was taken from my debit account. I had no reply to two emails and i also sent a message explaining to their instagram account and again no reply.

I have repeatedly emailed with no response to my query. You don't bother to reply to emails as they bounce back, and can rarely be bothered to reply to Facebook messages either.

Delivery was good however the product I have received has not worked for me, not even a little. I am disappointed as I had saw adverts for the hair removal cream everywhere so thought it would work.

I bought the intimate hair removal cream. Used as directed, waited for the recommended maximum of 6 minutes as directed on the box, it didn't do anything. Very little hair was removed, waste of time and money.
