“I haven’t received my order or any order confirmation but my money was taken on 30th December ??? I have emailed the company but haven’t had a reply”

“I ordered this product before Xmas and received it on the 7th Jan! I emailed as I haven't received a shipping email and they told me it had been shipped and to look in my spam for the shipping email, low and behold that email arrived 20 seconds after they responded. I again responded a few days later to be explained how many shipping days there had been and that it will he here when it's here. I won't be using them again!”

“The cranberry wipes gave me thrush! Really really bad thrush. Glycerin is contained in the wipes which is basically sugar. Please be careful!”

“1 star is generous, I would give none. Absolutely awful product. Didn’t get rid of a single hair!! On second application, left chemical burns - if you Google this company followed by “chemical burns” you will see many others have had this issue. I have emailed and DM’d on insta and have had no response from customer services. DO NOT BUY!!!!”

“My parcel was “shipped” on the 2nd of December and has been saying its “out for delivery” since the 4th. It is now the 17th of December and I have still not received it. I emailed about this on the 15th of December and I have not had any response. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to using the products and I have spent money on something that was never delivered.”

“Absolutely useless. Didn't remove a single hair. Messy. Said apply with applicator. There wasn't one. It smells awful, just like all the main brand removal creams. I genuinely don't know how people can rate it as more than one. I can only assume it works if you have very fine sparse hair because it really didn't work on mine.”
