“I have been using this product for a little while and I did like it. I recently ordered more of the hair removal cream and this time not only did it not work but it burnt me! I had to sit in front of the fan to try and cool my fairy down.”

“This products gave me horrendous chemical burns which resulted in a hospital trip. I won’t be using again. It worked very quickly and didn’t burn everywhere but did about 80% of the area. It was also not left on for longer as I removed it quite quickly due to the burns.”

“Did not like this product at all. Did not remove hair within the advised time. Had to leave on longer for any desired effect which led to sore skin. Contacted customer services who never responded. Extremely disappointed.”

“It didn’t remove my hair. Waste of time and money - ended up needing to shave in the end. The balm was nice and soothing though for after the shave.”

“Ordered the hair remover and the soothing balm duo and both totally irritated my skin - it was a VERY uncomfortable evening for me. But beside that, sadly, this didn’t remove any hair at all (and there wasn’t a ton to begin with), so I’m pretty disappointed, especially as the product had such great reviews!”
