“Had such high hopes for this and it didn’t work, tried leaving on for up to 20 minutes and still didn’t work, such a shame ☹️ I can’t say I was to impressed with the postal packaging etc too!”

“Did not do anything! I put a thick layer on, waited 6 minutes, tested a small area and nothing, waited additional 4 minutes and removed it because the smell was very very strong and still nothing! Sent an email to say it does not work but did not receive a response”

“The hair removal cream gave me horrific chemical burns down there. The cream was ok to use on underarms but when I used it down there I got really badly burned the first layer of skin just peeled off this was 1 minute in to the cream being on. Please stay safe and be careful what you trust.”

“Whilst is does what it says on the tin so to speak it isnt that easy or pain free!! The cream is difficult to apply accurately, its quite thin and spreads/falls off the stick too easily. As well as getting some on my bikini line it inevitably ends up on my legs and under my mum tum and this is the main problem I have with it- whenever it goes into fold of skin, for those of us not blessed with a flat tummy and having a mummy overhang, the skin burns after 30 seconds or so. After removing it my skin was raw and actually blistered. Great job where it was supposed to go! But painful where it wasnt.”

“Do not use this product!!! Not unless you want 3rd degree burns from Woo Woo on your Foo Foo!! Currently sat on the toilet in absolute agony, (sorry, tmi) trying to muster up the courage to have a pee because it burns that much! Never ever will I use, or recommend this product again, its lethal, especially to one's lady garden! Used it exactly as the instructions advised, and come away with what I cain only describe it as if I've been had a good nookie session with my fella all weekend! Swollen, on fire and can't sit down without it hurting, but unfortunately without the pleasure!! This is not good Woo Woo... not good at all!”

“I ordered their hair removal cream and post shave balm. The hair removal cream which is what most their advertising is around is awful. I used it the first time following instructions to a tee - only kept it on the maximum amount of time recommended and it didn't remove anything. The second time I took the risk and left it on a lit longer - this time it only removed patches of hair. I applied a thick layer of the cream and made sure it was evenly coated so no issues with my application. I even applied it and remained out of the shower for the majority of time as not not preemptively wash any off. The company are ripping people off - it's not worth the money. I've seen many people complaining on social media site and the company are not seeming to have a lot to say on the matter.”
