“I applied as instructed and it started to burn my skin after about a minute of being applied. I did email customer service so they could make a note of this and nobody emailed me back. Since then I’ve read other reviews of others having the exact same problem”

“Prompt delivery and the products look great. I left the hair removal cream on for the maximum time stated, but there was still hair remaining. I do have very sensitive skin though and my skin was ok. Am going to try it again and will leave on for longer. Good for sensitive skin”

“I've brought the hair removal cream and the soothing balm and they are both great for me! Couple of things to be aware of with the hair removal cream is to be clean down there before you use it as it seems to make you sore if you are sweaty. And do not use if you are already a bit sore. The soothing balm is amazing for chafing and I use it straight after the hair removal. I'm about to order my 3rd!”

“On my second tube of lightening cream and the jury is still out. The top of my right thigh is significantly lighter, but there is little change to my left, which is odd. Will persevere and probably purchase 1 more tube, but for the price/size of it it's not something I will buy indefinitely if there's no more improvement to my skin.”

“This item does not work, followed the instructions by applying and waiting 3 minutes before jumping in she shower, keeping area with cream on out the water for a while longer. After 8 mins 90% of hair was still there. May as wel have saved my money as this works out a lot more pricey with delivery etc”

“The best hair removal cream I have ever used! Always suffer with terrible shaving rashes, this alongside the saddle sore cream has helped reduce any rashes by a massive amount !”
