“Avoid this company at all cost. Didn't send one of the titles I ordered and getting a real response from them took me going to our state attorney general's office. They only communicate with a chatbot no matter how many times you ask for a real person. This company should have gone out of business the week they started. Zero stars would be more appropriate.”

I ordered the Orwell Coming up for Air version with black bordering. They sent incorrect copy. They will not pay for return postage despite it being their error.

“I’ve ordered a book on London by Tachen on 3 occasions. On every occasion it was advertised as ‘in stock’. On every occasion after a few days my money was refunded. It appears the book is never in stock so why is it being advertised. It’s a total waste of my time ordering it. I shall try elsewhere in future. I have mentioned this to eBay but they have not even bothered to answer or give any explanation.”
“I ordered a 2nd hand book entitled "Country & Western Gospel Hymnal Volume 4" from WoB on Ebay. I was a little concerned as the Ebay listing had the wrong author and the description of another book. However, the Ebay listing photo was the book that I wanted and the book was said to be in good conditions and so I placed my order and paid the high price £14.93. Several days later the WRONG book arrived - a rather tatty paperback marked inside the cover as £1. This book was by the author mentioned in the listing and description. Obviously a muddle up by WoB. As I was keen to get this particular volume I began the Ebay return process but, also, sent WofB a message asking if they had the book that I had ordered as I was still keen to buy it. I did receive 2 replies from WoB. The first sounded helpful and so I again replied expressing my interest in buying the book I had ordered. The reply to my second message was a standard reply to return the book. I did return the book, that involved a inconvenient trip to the Post Office. I received confirmation from Ebay when WoB received the returned book. I then waited in vain until the time in which Ebay said that WofB would refund my payment but did not receive a refund. I then complained to Ebay who refunded my full payment the same day. I have bought from WoB before but I doubt if I will again - inefficient and useless customer service.”
