“I have fitted the carbon block filter to the mains water supply to our house to filter out the chlorine in our water. It does an excellent job, lasting about 5 - 6 months before needing to be replaced. The price is fair and the ordering and delivery process works well.”

“Service good but wrong product sent. I ordered a filter with push fit connections and received one with screw type. Not a major issue but it would have been nice to get what I odered”

“Thank you for the filters. I wish to make a small comment: Sometimes these types of filter tend to be made a little bit scew and therefore do not stand totally upright. This means that it is difficult to locate the filters into the filter casing. One of these was like this and I have come across this situation before.”

“My filter got stuck and attached to a part from the inside of my shower head and was impossible to remove. A shower filter should be able to come off and on easily. I was very disappointed with this product”

“Removed the stench of chlorine from my morning shower instantly. Now a much more pleasant experience. Shower pressure a little reduced by having to go through filter - may be an issue if your water pressure is very poor to begin with, but for me not a problem. Looks just like part of the shower head too, unobtrusive.”
