“Before purchasing I asked a question and received a satisfactory answer within a few hours. Purchased a twenty inch Jumbo big blue housing and 5 micron filters (2) as well as a mounting bracket (you really need one of these and they are a separate purchase). Delivery was within the time frame they set out. It is now in place doing a sterling job. Very satisfied customer in Alicante, Spain.”

“Really helpful team at the Water Filtermen! Accidentally submitted my order twice, but a quick call to them sorted it and a very prompt refund too! “These guys are friendly, accommodating, knowledgable, and really great value. There tools are second to none. I used to sell high-end domestic water filters for another Irish group, and they charge as much to change the filters annually as the water filter men will charge for a whole machine. I've already bought 3 for myself and friends, and am about to order another. Easy to use machines, I even threw out my €2100 filter and installed this instead in a day. A++”

“This is the second time that I have dealt with the Water Filter Men and I can't fault them. On this occasion my internet link went very slow and I ended up doubling up on my order. I e.mailed them to explain what had happened and they immediately refunded my Paypal account. I think their prices are very good and considering that they are in Ireland, the items got to me in Bournemouth very quickly. I will definitely continue to deal with them.”
