“after a few emails back and forth discussing design options (which were replied to with in an hour everytime) i then places the order and with in 30 minutes i had received a conformation email and a dispatched email!! they arrived the next day and where absolutely perfect, absolutely amazing value and could not fault the service. if i ever need anything like this in the future i will be going straight to wristband angel!”

“More than happy with the service! I rang on Thursday and received our wrist bands Friday exactly how we wanted them. My only criticism was I needed next day delivery but I was charged £10.00 for this service! I had recently had a package delivered to someone which was quite weighty and this only cost me £5.00 for next day so I was very surprised at the price I was charged. So delivery prices would be my only critisism.”

Hi Sue and thanks for your feedback. We do offer FREE next day delivery but it's not guaranteed. Our guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm service is chargeable as Royal Mail charge us for this service. We are simply passing on this cost (£6.85) and covering our costs for completing RM forms and queuing in the Post Office (we are only a small business!). We've kept this service cost to an absolute minimum. Many thanks again and I hope this explains why we have to charge for this service. Best wishes

“Excellent product and service. We use the vinyl wristbands for name bands for our 80 daycare dogs which we slide onto the dogs collar. A very cost effective alternative to ensure engraved name tags. Thank you very much, we will be re ordering!!”

Interesting one; orders the cheapest item on our website, doesn't contact us to allow us to rectify (which we most certainly would have) and leaves a negative review. One might think that a competitor might be at work!
