“Am a little annoyed with the company as their top banner on the page says that if you order within a certain time you will receive the order next working day. I placed an order and after payment was taken was told it would come in 7-10 working days. I contacted their after sales team which does not respond to emails in a timely manner at all. Was told I was confused as they only offer next day delivery service on Tyvek and Vinyl wristbands not Silicone ones. If that is the case this should be very clearly noted which it is not. Not happy with the service as my event is on Friday and I still have no wrist bands which I ordered on Thursday 22nd September for an event on 30th September 2016.”

Our website clearly states that silicone wristbands take 7-10 days to arrive. We only offer next working day delivery on Tyvek and Vinyl wristbands - again this is clear. We replied to your email in a prompt manner and explained everything clearly. Given that it's only 26th Sept and your event is on 30th Sept and we are doing all we can to get the wristbands to you on time I think your review is premature at best.

“They do not look anything like on the screen - led to believe that can write on them????”

“Very disappointed with the product! The wristbands are not self-locking and require a separate button to close it. This was not obvious when placing an order and now I am left with 700 wristbands that we will not be able to use due to the complexity of putting it on!”
