“I did not recieve the wristbands. I did pay for Next day delivery, but still have not received them, it is too late now as needed them yesterday. Please can i have a refund? Thank you”

“I have paid since over 1 week ago and the money has been taken from my account but this company is yet to send me payment confirmation or even acknowledge my order. To me it seems this company is a scam.”

“My order was never received but the money was debited from my PayPal account immediately. I emailed through to find out the reason for this and I am still awaiting a reply!”

As an existing customer you were sent an email to inform you of our office closure and the last date on which orders would be processed. Unfortunately you ordered after this date.

Interesting one; orders the cheapest item on our website, doesn't contact us to allow us to rectify (which we most certainly would have) and leaves a negative review. One might think that a competitor might be at work!
