“Not happy with this on line company. Turned me down and took £5 out of my refund for doctors fees. Damn cheek!! They take your money then reject your meds and make you pay a fee. Scammers. Dont use!!! Said they paid partial refund but still not in my account!”

“Having had no luck getting ANY attention from NHS doctors at my surgery, even after long waits, and after being misdiagnosed by a consultant that I paid for out of my own pocket (180 quid for 15 useless minutes), I used Access Doctor. I got immediate help. The prescriptions were effective. And the doctors actually listened to my concerns and looked at the photos of the skin issues I had uploaded. I have only good things to say about Access Doctor. I do think one needs to see a doctor in person at least once a year, to cover little things before they become big. But until the government ceases trashing the NHS, I'm quite happy to have access to Access Doctors. BTW, they sent the prescriptions to my local chemist ASAP. Great system, really.”

“Access Doctor was easy to register with. I answered a few questions and then was able to order what I needed. Cost wise it was similar to paying a prescription charge but without the hassle of trying to get an appointment. Delivery was super quick. Would definitely recommend and use again”
