“I ordered a prescription for a water infection but it took 8 days to arrive and not 24hrs, not sure why or who is at fault, but a water infection needs to be felt with Quickly not over a week later, quite disappointed with the service.”

“I ordered 100g of Dermovate which cost over £25. What I received were 3 tubes of 30g each, so 90g. I contacted customer service who arranged a 10% refund, but it was a little annoying that the company felt they could provide a customer with less than they paid for and leave it to me to raise it as an issue.”

“Received order. Unfortunately I had to gain elsewhere as even though I paid extra for fast delivery this was not the case. Also the delivery needs signing for so you will need to be home even though it fit through the letter box.”
