“I ordered antibiotics on a Saturday morning around 8am and paid for next day delivery Charing me £5.99, they did not arrive the next day or the following day. They arrived on the Tuesday. So not only was I charged for next day delivery it was never explained that this was not possible and I am yet to receive a response for the over charge”

“Great, although the first time I ordered the authentication didn’t go through (it froze and I couldn’t get it to continue), so I tried again the following day and it worked. But then I got charged twice and got double the order 🤦🏻‍♀️”

“Supplied Paracetamol in amount local chemists were uabke to do at the time, (2 boxes of 16). My doctor has told me to take up to 8 a day (arthritis) when needed, so it would have meant frequent trips to the chemist.”
