“I was extremely pleased with the service overall but when I ordered the tablets, a photograph of a box with 14 tablets was shown, I received 6, which was disappointing”

“The service was very efficient and easy to navigate. In getting to the payment section I had a problem with my payment going through. I emailed the email address given and I received a speedy response. I made my payment and received my delivery the following day. I will definitely use AccessDoctor again.”

“There was an issue regards delivery more to do with Royalmail process than Access Doctor However I contacted with details of missing order via WhatsApp and had instant response. The issue was dealt with very efficiently and a replacement order delivered the following morning. Highly recommended service especially when things that go wrong are corrected quickly with no fuss.”
