“I used this service, thinking it would be the quickest and easiest solution, rather than trying to get an appointment with my G.P. Although the process of ordering was straightforward,my medication took 5 days to arrive! Thankfully,the problem had just about cleared by then,so I did not take the medication. However,it meant putting up with the symptoms for those 5 days. My daughter has used the service in the past and received her order within 48 hours. Hopefully my experience is not happening too frequently.”

“I wanted some scalp treatment and usually get betnovate from my GP but my surgery couldn’t give me an appointment so I contacted AccessDoctor who asked me some questions and then prescribed. Great service in times when NHS GPS aren’t able to deal with such matters”
